A neural network-based approach for prediction of PGA and significant duration parameters in the Uttarakhand region of India

This research article presents a novel neural network-based approach for predicting peak ground acceleration (PGA) and significant duration parameters in the Uttarakhand region of India. It is based on the integration of existing seismic data and innovative techniques such as artificial neural network (ANN) models. The results of this study demonstrate that the proposed approach can effectively predict the PGA and significant duration parameters in the region, providing valuable insight into geotechnical earthquake engineering.
